You are invited to UHSM 78's first golf fundraising tournament this 8 April 2010, at the Orchard Golf and Country Club, Palmer course. Proceeds will go to the foundation's medical and community reach-out missions.
Get involved now! At the same time, enjoy a great day at the course with your friends, meet new people, participate on contests and raffles. Enjoy great food and entertainment.
Players who pre-register will receive a bag of golf goodies.
Your registration of P2500 is inclusive of green fees, food and entertainment.
Check-in begins at 09:00 am, tee-off start at 11:00 am. Dinner and awards will start at 6:00 pm and there'll be entertainment afterwards.
